- Go to control panel and select Programs and Features .
- In the left side of the Programs and Features click Turn Windows features on or off.
3. A window will appear and in the top of the list tick .NET framework 3.5 (include .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
4. And click OK.
5. The changes will apply as below.
6. The installation will complete in few minutes.
